Enjoying Snowfall & Matcha in Flagstaff! This past week, while spending time in Flagstaff, I had the chance to experience a beautiful snowfall and a divine matcha latte.  The snowfall was a breathtaking surprise as it fell throughout the night and I awoke to a blanket of pristine white.  So, seeking warmth, I stumbled upon "Steeped," a local tea place in historic downtown.  Sitting at a long wooden counter, I decided to try a unique latte...the Citrus Rose.  Absolutely delicious!...

Chantilly's First Cooking Class was a Hit!-- Cups of Tea, Champagne and Recipes

This past weekend Chef Jenny Basandrai and I held our first "Tea & More" Cooking Class titled "Create an Afternoon Tea."  Participants enjoyed a tea punch and spicy pecans as we discussed elements of hosting an afternoon tea.  We demonstrated multiple recipes including our beloved Champagne Almond Egg Salad on homemade Almond Chive Bread and a Salmon Mousse Cucumber tea sandwich with garlic butter.  Classic Cream and Apricot White Chocolate Scones and a trio of delicious desserts (Blueberry Lemon Mousse...
