Afternoon Tea at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas My eldest niece and I recently enjoyed afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas. Hosted in their Tea Lounge on the 23rd floor overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard, the atmosphere is tranquil and elegant.
