Beat Your Allergies...Drink Oolong

In an article about "Allergy Relief & Prevention" by Dr. Ronald Hoffman in healthetimes Issue 1 2020, it states that drinking oolong tea is good for allergy relief.  In one of his easing allergy tips, he writes about how Dr. Leo Galland found "that in laboratory studies, the catechins found in oolong tea were shown to inhibit allergic reactions."  So, enjoy a cup of our Tung Ting Oolong, Goji Berry Peach Oolong, or our sweeter Creme Caramel Oolong.

Graded Teas: Unflavored Blacks
