My eldest niece and I recently enjoyed afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas.

Hosted in their Tea Lounge on the 23rd floor overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard, the atmosphere is tranquil and elegant.  Served daily at 12pm, 2pm, or 4pm, the tea includes three courses with scrumptious tea sandwiches, scones and desserts.  The scones are like buttermilk biscuits and are served with clotted cream, mango and strawberry jams.  The desserts were colorful miniature works of art.  If you visit Las Vegas, I recommend you include time for a moment of relaxation enjoying the afternoon tea service at the Mandarin Oriental.
