Tea-Infused Champagne Happy Hour!
Our first Happy Hour at Table Talk was enjoyed by all!
We presented different tea-infused syrups to enhance champagne for people to sample. Everyone enjoyed trying all the flavors. One of the favorites was Herbal Prickly Pear which added a touch of savory sweetness and turned the champagne a beautiful red. Earl Grey Lavender, Cranberry Peach, and Kyoto Cherry Rose were some of our other teas chosen to make the syrups. All were delicious! Our Blue Corn White Chocolate & Classic Cream Scones were also available to sample, along with our decadent Devonshire Cream (made from our mix) and our luscious Lemon Curd.
Table Talk (near the Safeway on Ina & Oracle) carries a variety of our scone mixes, curd and loose-leaf teas.
