CHOCOLATE LOVER'S Tea
Tamara and Chef Jenny will be satisfying everyone's sweet tooth with this tea. A chocolate lover's dream...an afternoon tea based upon chocolate!! From savory to sweet, notes of chocolate will flavor all that graces our plates. Through demo and discussion, we will delve into recipes like White Chocolate Avocado Cheesecake, Chicken Mole Tamale Tartlets, Cherry Cordial Fudge, Chocolate Banana Charlottes in shot glasses, Red Velvet Scones, and more. This divinely decadent tea is a perfect Valentine's splurge. We will be pairing wine and tea with the food. $64.00 per person includes the class & 3-course tea with wine.

BRITISH Tea Class
This class was created after Tamara catered a 90th birthday tea for a very delightful British lady. Based upon the lady's ingredients, Tamara made Pembroke Tarts and an unusual, but delicious, salmon sandwich, and she decided it would be fun to expand the menu and teach a class based upon British tea traditions. Through demo and discussion, you will learn about Lemon Bars, Salmon Sandwiches, Tarts, Shepherd's Pie...just to name a few. A 3-course afternoon will be served. $64.00 per person includes the class & the 3-course tea with wine.

Teapot Cake Class (HANDS-ON Class)
Create your own teapot cake. Participants will learn how to create the teapot shaped cake, marzipan flowers and leaves, and then everyone will be presented with their own teapot cake to decorate and take home. A 2-course afternoon tea will be served. $60.00 per person includes the class and the 2-course tea.

MOTHER'S DAY Tea Class
Treat the special person in your life to our Mother's Day Tea Class. We will be demonstrating recipes with a lavender theme. Featuring such scrumptious items as Honey Lavender Pound Cake, Lavender Egg Salad, Lavender Brownies, Lavender Cardamom Honey and more! A 3-course afternoon tea with wine will be served. $64.00 per person includes the class and the afternoon tea with wine.
