East Meets West Tea (DEMO CLASS) Join us as we explore pairing Eastern and Western cuisine to create a unique afternoon tea.  Tamara will be demonstrating how to make Japanese Cherry Blossom Pancakes with a traditional sweet bean paste and a delicious Chinese 5 Spice Chicken Salad on Sweet Potato Rounds.  Participants will get to pick out favorite fillings to make their own Rice Balls.  The menu includes such delights as Miso Soup, Chinese Tea Eggs, Almond Cookies, Sweet Potato Scones and more.  Tea table will be adorned with Japanese and Chinese dinnerware.  $68/pp includes the class, handouts, and 3-course afternoon tea served with Saki and wine. Sat. October 5th 11-2pm OR Sun. October 6th 1-4pm
Tea & Sweets: Miniature Desserts (HANDS-ON CLASS) Tiny is terrific and tiny desserts offer small bites of heaven!  Participants will bake their own mini cream puffs with a dulce de leche cream filling, create blueberry buckle cake, and make tarts.  After all the fun baking, participants will enjoy a 2-course afternoon tea and get to sample their creations (as well as take some home to nibble on later with a cup of tea)..  Please bring an apron.   $68/pp includes the class, handouts, and 2-course afternoon tea with wine. Sat. Nov. 16th 11-2pm OR Sun. Nov. 17th 1-4pm
Celebrate Spring Tea (DEMO CLASS) Spring is in the air in April.  Join Tamara as she demonstrates how to make Coconut Vanilla Panna Cotta in teacups!  She will also be demoing the art of pavlovas (meringues) along with a savory Smoked Salmon Muffin.  The menu includes Mascarpone Ham sandwiches, Egg Salad, Carrot Cake Mini Cupcakes, and other delicious springtime treats.  $68/pp includes the class, handouts, and 3-course afternoon tea with wine.
