GOURMET TEA DRINK CLASS

Join Tamara and Chef Jenny to learn about creative ways of serving tea-infused drinks--both hot and cold, with and without alcohol. Have fun sampling and creating to find your favorites. We will be exploring how to infuse beer, wine, spirits and also how to use tea in shakes and other non-alcoholic beverages. Some of the drinks include a Strawberry Tea Shake, Boysenberry Bramble, Brown Sugar Tea and a Green Goddess. Participants will enjoy appetizers along with the drinks. $60.00 per person includes the class and the food.
