FEW SPOTS STILL OPEN!!

I have just finalized the menu and am excited to share what we will be making during the class.  Join us for this HANDS-ON class where we will be creating delicious tea sandwiches...the breads and fillings.  Participants will be baking breads, such as Zucchini Feta Scallion Cupcakes, Sweet Potato Biscuits, and Parmesan Thins.  Then we will create Apricot Chutney with Hickory Smoked Chicken Salad, Egg Tuna Salad, and Goat Cheese Apple filling.  Other scrumptious delights include, Sausage Rolls, Crab Pinwheels, and Bacon Brie Date Savories.  After the hands-on portion of the class, we will sit down to enjoy our creations during a 2-course afternoon tea served with wine.  $65/pp includes the class, handouts, afternoon tea and wine.
