Chantilly Cooking Class: "Cooking with Tea"
Tea is magical! Our second "Tea & More" Cooking Class takes participants on a "cooking with tea" journey. Featuring discussion and demos with Chantilly proprietor and Chef Jenny, you will explore the many ways in which tea can be utilized in cooking. From marinades, as a flavoring/spice to glazes and rubs, cooking with tea opens up a whole new world of ingredients.
Everyone will make their own tea-infused dry marinade packets to take home. Participants will get to enjoy a "tea-infused" meal based upon the featured recipes; including such delights as Pork Tenderloin with a Caramel Toffee Pu'erh Sauce and Chocolate Mint tea-infused Panna Cotta. We will also be serving two tea-infused wines to complement the meal. $60.00 per person includes the class and the luncheon meal.
