Not your ordinary soda bread...learn about baking flavored soda breads just in time for St. Patrick's Day.  Join us as we bake a variety of soda breads.  Chocolate Chunk Pecan, Cinnamon Raisin, Walnut Oatmeal, Apricot Orange, Cheddar Bacon, Cranberry Orange, Chocolate Chip, and Currant Caraway.  Participants will choose 2 flavors to bake their own soda bread loaves to take home.  After our baking, everyone will enjoy a 2-course afternoon tea with the treat of Irish Soda Bread Grilled Cheese.  Please bring an apron.  $68/pp includes the class, handouts, and afternoon tea.  Sunday March 1st 1-4pm

Spring is in the air in April.  Join Tamara as she demonstrates how to make Coconut Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta in teacups!  She will also demo the art of pavlovas (meringues) along with a savory Smoked Salmon Muffin.  The menu includes Mascarpone Ham tea sandwiches, Egg Salad, Carrot Cake Mini Cupcakes, and other delicious spring-time treats.  $68/pp includes the class, handouts, and 3-course afternoon tea with wine.  ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT ON SATURDAY Sat. Create a beautiful and unique broken china mosaic china frame.  Frame, tons of china pieces, supplies, and iced tea included for this 2 DAY CLASS. Class held on two consecutive days.  $40/pp includes all the supplies for the class and iced tea on both days. LIMITED SPACES. Held at Chantilly's office space.

Create your own teapot cake.  Participants will learn how to create the teapot shaped cake, marzipan flowers and leaves, and then will be presented with their own teapot cake to decorate and take home.  $68/pp includes the class and 2-course afternoon tea.  Please bring an apron.  Sat. In this Regency Tea Party, you'll step back into the well-bred world of Jane Austen.  Neighboring nobility gather at the London home of Lady Abigail Handelford for afternoon tea.  Someone at the party has been sending out threatening notes, but who? And why?  Participants will each be assigned a character to play at the tea and will receive character packets before the party.  During the tea, everyone will put their heads together to discover who is the guilty party before the threats turn deadly.  Costumes are encouraged.  $68/pp includes the mystery tea game and the 3-course afternoon tea served with wine.
